Booking terms and conditions
Inquiries / reservations:
Check for availability by e-mail. Subject to availability, and on your request, we will accept provisional bookings and hold your dates for a few days to enable you to book flights.
If you would like to make a reservation, please send us the following information:
- name/address/tel- and mobile no.
- number of persons (adults, children & age of the children)
- date and time of arrival and departure of your flights.
We will then send you a booking confirmation (contract) with all further details and the driving directions.
Terms of payment:
For short stays and in low season: Cash payment upon arrival.
For longer stays (2 weeks and more) and in peak season: A ~ 25% deposit in € by bank transfer is requested within 14 days of a booking being made. You will find the bank account details on the confirmation of reservation. Bank fees to be paid by the client. The balance becomes payable no later than 2 weeks before your holiday, unless otherwise agreed.
Failure to make payments as agreed will result in automatic termination of the lease.
Cancellation policy / “small print“:
Should the contract be subject to cancellation due to unforeseeable reasons, the parties will try to find solutions acceptable for both sides, taking into consideration the common rules and regulations for renting a vacation home.
Changeover / entrance and exit
No specific change over day.
Check-in/check-out: Flexible, but with guests in the apartment on the previous night of your arrival, check-in time will be after 14:00 h. Should new guests arrive the day of your departure, please check-out until 10:00 o’clock to allow the apartment to be thoroughly cleaned.
